Directions for setup of Microsoft Outlook for
Windows 98, 2000, & XP

Go to Tools on the menu bar Go to "Accounts"
Click "Add" and then select "Mail"
Enter name as you would like it to appear.
Enter email address example: whatever@yourdomain.com
Server setup: Select POP3 for incoming mail enter: pop.yourdomain.com for outgoing enter: smtp.yourdomain.com
Enter account name or username Enter password for that account name
Check off the appropriate connection (Select ISP if connecting through phone line) Click "Finish"

Click on Tools then “Accounts” Click on the “Mail” tab, click “Add” , then select “Mail”
Enter name as you would like it to appear. Click “Next”
Enter e-mail address then click “Next”

Enter account name or username Enter password for that account name Click “Next”
Check off the appropriate connection (Select ISP if connecting through phone line) Click "Finish"

First you go to “Email Accounts” under Tools. Click "Next"
Check off “Add a new email account” Click "Next"
Check off “POP3” Click "Next"
In the next box enter the person’s name and email address under “User Information” Enter the person’s username and password under “Login Information” Under “Server Information” for incoming mail enter: pop.yourdomain.com for outgoing enter: smtp.yourdomain.com
Click the “more settings” button
Go to the “Connection” tab Check off the appropriate connection (Select ISP if connecting through phone line) Click "Ok" Click "Next" Click "Finish"
